Our site is located with dual street frontages onto Court Place and Coghlan Road.  The West Leederville Train Station and cycle paths are located immediately to the North.  Bob Hawke College, Mueller Park and Subiaco Oval are a short walk to the South.

Our site is zoned RAC0, with a maximum height of 10 storeys.  A minimum street setback of 4m applies, as well as a maximum plot ratio of 2.5.  Side setbacks of 3m for development higher than two storeys applies (Taylor Burrell Barnett 2017, 17, 53),
