BRIEF
To design a Multi-Residential, Mixed-use building in North Subiaco. The building will be targeted to appeal to residential owner/occupiers or tenants who are professional or executive. Retail and commercial uses will be accommodated on the lower levels. Maximum utility will be made of the adjacent West Leederville Train Station for connection to the CBD.

CLIENTS
The population of North Subiaco is predominantly employed professionally. They are mostly between the ages of 25-49, and make up part of a young workforce or are starting a family. They are educated and have a high disposable income.
